If you change your mind…
If you receive your Crown Rose swimsuit and unfortunately find that it is not what you expected, we are happy to offer you the option to simply exchange the item or refund the item. To do this we will need you to notify us of this by email within 10 days of receiving the goods. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org clearly stating whether it is an exchange or refund in the subject of the email and we will respond and let you know how to proceed. Also, please be aware that you will be responsible for the additional postage costs incurred as a result of the exchange (for you to return the item to us, and for us to send you the replacement item). Please note Sale items cannot be returned if you simply change your mind.
If it doesn’t fit…
If you end up ordering your swimsuit in the wrong size, will we be glad to exchange the item for another size. You will be required to notify us by email within 10 days of receiving your items, and wait for our reply which will tell you what to do next. Unfortunately, you will be responsible for the postage costs incurred in this instance (for you to return the item to us, and for us to send you the replacement item), so please ensure to consult our size guide to select the right garment size prior to purchase. Sale items cannot be returned for incorrect size selection.
If your item is faulty…
We do our absolute best to ensure our swimsuits are of the best possible quality. However, should you receive an item that you believe to be faulty, please send us an email within 10 days of receipt, and we will give you instructions on the process of dealing with this. After we assess the item, and if we agree it is faulty, we will choose to offer you a refund or exchange. In this case, we will reimburse the postage costs for you to send the item back to us (proof of postage payment is required), and we will cover the postage to send the new item back to you.
If the fault is serious and you would prefer not to replace the item, we can offer you a refund for the full price of the item. Unfortunately the initial postage cost cannot be refunded.
If it is a sale item…
Sale items may only be returned if they are found to be faulty. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your goods, and we will follow up with you. Crown Rose does not allow returns on Sale items for any other reason.
If it needs to be returned…
Swimwear will only be accepted for returns so long as it meets these criteria:
When you are returning your items to us for refund or exchange, we strongly suggest you send them via Registered post or another trackable service so that they don’t go missing. Unfortunately we cannot accept any responsibility for goods that arrive outside our returns timeframe, or that simply don’t show up at all.
